The 2024 report of the MiDi Legal Clinic expands on the work initiated with the 2023 monitoring, thanks to the continued support of the University. Compared to the previous edition, it results from a joint effort between tutor Claudio Costanzo and Beatrice Parroco, thus directly involving the student component.

Having two full years of data now allows an initial comparison between 2023 and 2024, useful for refining methodologies and identifying significant trends.

The 2024 focus section examines several cases concerning access to social benefits, maintaining the critical perspective that consistently characterises the work of the Clinic.
